Our training focuses solely on classical ballet, deliberately omitting hip-hop, tap, and jazz. We emphasize that mastering ballet technique is crucial, as it forms the foundation for all other dance styles. By introducing ballet first, we aim to eliminate confusion with techniques that do not prioritize turn-out in jumps and turns. Our classes are structured to develop a strong, comprehensive classical technique essential for ballet theater. This includes specialized instruction in pointe, character, ballet mime, and partnering, along with stretching and conditioning. Additionally, we offer men’s classes and scholarships for eligible students.

Consistency is essential in ballet training. Our method, influenced by the rigorous standards of Russian professional ballet academies, starts with students as young as two, focusing on natural movement, coordination, and musicality through engaging activities. As dancers mature from ages five to seven, we emphasize strength and flexibility while introducing basic ballet terminology. At ages eight to nine, students enter the preparatory level, concentrating on proper technique and foundational skills, and by ages ten to eleven, they refine their technique, potentially beginning Pointe work. By the age of 15-16, students are expected to achieve an advanced level, with opportunities to audition for professional ballet programs if they aspire to dance professionally. Our commitment is to foster an environment where aspiring dancers can thrive, recognizing that ballet contributes significantly to physical fitness and cognitive development, ultimately preparing them for success in any life path they choose.
